Classes are tailored to students needs, they will help with stress relief, to build strength, improve posture and relax tension. Classes incorporate physical movement and stillness~Meditation. BEGINNER LEVEL TO ADVANCED – SUITABLE FOR ALL AGES
Yoga Workshop weekend retreats at Isle of Yoga. Learn how to develop a safe and informed Scaravelli yoga practice. How to undo bad habits and learning how to release, let go and relax. Lunch included, the day is split into a morning and afternoon sessions. We offer accommodation to guests visiting us. Quietness is a unique quality the Island has to offer. Yoga on-line Skype Yoga Classes
Skype Yoga is us, teaching you, using Skype as our portal. Skype Yoga works really well. In good light, you need to set up a laptop or tablet with a camera to point at you on your mat. About a meter or 2 distance. Up to 3 people can attend a session. A £5 discount per person when 2 or more book for the same session is available. One to One yoga classes with Erling
One to One Scaravelli inspired Yoga teaching is a brilliant and effective teaching method. This practice suits it to the ground. Hence it is to the ground we need to release with gravity. Then we notice what we get back from this release. When we let go of the “doing Yoga” our bodies reveal their own intelligence, and that is most powerful. Chair Yoga Classes
You don’t need to be able to touch your toes to do yoga. Far from it in fact. Yoga can be practiced by anyone regardless of their physical abilities and body or health conditions. Breath out ! What do you feel? If you are standing or sitting on a chair the effect is the same. A release of tension. Elaine draws on all her 18 years teaching yoga to deliver a safe seated yoga practice.
One to One yoga classes with Elaine
This is a chance to communicate clearly any concerns or requirements you may have about practising Yoga. In this session we can talk about your needs and experiences. Working with you directly I will have the opportunity to assess and guide you with the practices that I believe will be most beneficial to you at this point in time.
