Yoga B&B at Isle of Yoga
We stayed in the clean, bright apartment and were made very welcome in the main house at mealtimes, where we enjoyed healthy and absolutely delicious food. The yoga room was a creative, comfortable place to practice, and the gardens beautiful too. Thank you Elaine and Erling for your warm hospitality: we’ll be back!

I think Erling is an excellent, very knowledgable teacher, who I experienced as someone who works with his clients and skilfully adopts the postures to the needs of the client rather than adjusting the client to the posture. I am looking forward to my next stay on the island and more 1:1 lessons with Erling and Scaravelli inspired yoga.
Why Isle of Yoga B&B
A regular holiday is great of course, but a yoga holiday is even better. Getting away and getting into your being on a yoga mat is our idea of proper relaxation. You can still have a morning paper with your tea and toast but now you’ve done yourself the favour of embracing a yoga class from your expert and qualified instructors & yoga hosts Erling and Elaine McCracken.
How Isle of Yoga started
Isle of Yoga B&B started as an idea in 1998 when Erling was doing his first yoga teacher training course. As a qualified chef and soon to be yoga teacher Erling appreciated the value of quality time and space that he got from his yoga practice. And how good you feel about good food and service.
Where is Isle of Yoga
Skip forward to 2013. Erling has started a Dip 2, 200 hours Scaravelli inspired yoga teacher training course. He has found the inspiration to realise that old idea and Isle of Yoga is born. Providing rooms, homemade foods and excellent yoga lessons to intrepid souls who love Yoga and the Isle of Wight.
