The recent Scaravelli yoga Workshop helped me to think about the movements and how stretching yourself into a posture might not be the best thing for your body! Thanks Erling for a really interesting and informative day.

Lovely place, lovely hosts and a really lovely weekend of yoga, healthy food and walks on the beach. Really enjoyed my weekend at Isle of Yoga, highly recommended.”

“This is a rare place that manages to be homely and special at the same time. I have stayed at Isle of Yoga as a b&b guest, as a participant on a yoga retreat, and run a yoga residential weekend myself there. In all three scenarios, I wouldn’t change a thing about the place, hosts or offering. The location is perfect too. Enjoy, whatever your reason for staying here (you will). ”

Yoga is a way of life for us. Your feedback is essential. Thank you for your continued support.

The recent Scaravelli yoga Workshop helped me to think about the movements and how stretching yourself into a posture might not be the best thing for your body! Rather that smaller more focussed movement is better for you. Thanks Erling for a really interesting and informative day. Who would have thought moving so little could be so tiring!! A fabulous course. x

I had a Great Experience at Isle of Yoga learning about Scaravelli Yoga ... It was mind opening and has changed the way i think about yoga and how my body works ... I particularly took away its not all about them super stretches (Hatha Yoga) there can be lots of work done with small interconnected movements...there was a great bunch of people there to share the experience with and i would like to say a special thank you to our warm hosts Erling McCracken and Elaine McCracken for this wonderful day 🙂

I recently ran a retreat for a small group of students at the Isle of Yoga. I found that Erling and Elaine where very helpful in helping me arrange this and were very helpful in the run up to the retreat with any questions I had. The Isle of Yoga, was very easy to get to from South East (London has fast train to Portsmouth and then a quick ferry to isle of Wight). On arrival they were both warm/welcoming and their house is just beautiful. The yoga room was just what I was looking for and the food exceeded expectations. They run an Air B&B too so may revisit on a non teacher basis, the house is in an ideal location to get away from it all - right by the sea. Thank you both again for a lovely stress free weekend and hope to see you soon.
