Yoga retreats with Louisa Burtwell
Yoga retreats with Louisa Burtwell at Isle of Yoga are a powerful gift to the soul. Louisa’s intention for her retreats is to welcome you into a space where you are liberated from your day to day restrictions of time, commitment and expectation, enabling you to enter into a state of softness, openness and possibility in both body and mind.
Connect to your natural state of stillness and peace through the mindful movements of Scaravelli inspired yoga and guided meditation.
Louisa believes that as we remove conflict within the body, through the practice of yoga, the mind will follow. As we experience a feeling of wholeness in the body and start to move from our centre, the real yoga occurs and the movements of the mind become still. She is passionate about helping others find a place of self acceptance and compassion towards themselves, believing that when we stop striving for the posture and start truly listening to our body we find an inner peace that has always been there waiting for us.
Erling and Elaine open their beautiful home to you and will provide delicious home cooked food and a comfortable place to rest and relax and do the practice in their fully equipped and beautiful Yoga studio. By the time you depart on Sunday we hope you will feel nurtured, relaxed and inspired.
