Join Elaine and Erling for a relaxing and nurturing weekend of inspiring Yoga, delicious food, great company and the space to unwind and re-connect.

Prices are per person; Accommodation is in 3 double rooms (single occupancy) and 1 twin room (shared). No Rooms are en suite all rooms share bathrooms. Tea making facilities in the rooms. The sun lounge is a communal area and has tea making facilities.

Room allocation is at hosts discretion to best suit the group as a whole.

Isle of Wight Yoga Retreat with Erling and Elaine

Come to Isle of Yoga for a relaxing and nurturing Isle of Wight Yoga retreat with Erling and Elaine. We have been following our Yoga hearts for half our lives! and teaching for almost 20 years! It’s our pleasure to share our findings with you. Our Yoga Practice revolves around Scaravelli Inspired Yoga, which advocates a natural approach, releasing tension and developing balance and connection. This practice is suitable for everyone, you can find out more about this in our blog Scaravelli inspired yoga what does it mean & why you should do it at Isle of Yoga.

A nurturing space for Yoga

You will practice Yoga in our dedicated Yoga studio, which along with the kitchen is at the heart of our home. Fully equipped with everything you could need. The space has a great vibe, we think this is because it is just for Yoga and meditation. Adjoining the studio is the sun lounge, a place to chill out with a sofa and tea making facilities, this is where we will gather on Friday for tea and cake and an informal introduction to the weekend.

A Delicious Balance for Retreating

In between Yoga, Meditation, country walks and chilling out is food! All your meals are homemade in our kitchen with love. The diet is healthy and balanced Vegetarian or Vegan.

Retreating on the Isle of Wight

The Isle of Wight is a haven for yoga and yoga retreats. You could say we are biased but without doubt Islands have a quality of stillness that aligns with yoga. Connections to the Isle of Wight are very good too. You can read more on this from our blog piece Yoga on the Isle of Wight. So without further ado Elaine and Erling welcome you to a weekend of yoga.

Friday ~

  • arrival from 3pm,  settle in, tea and cake served in the Sun Lounge
  • Yoga 4.30-6.30pm
  • 7pm Supper
  • 9pm Meditation

Saturday ~

  • 8-9pm Breakfast
  • 10.30-12.30 Yoga
  • 12.45 Lunch, Free time ~ relax, walk, read, chill,
  • Yoga 4.30-6.30pm
  • 7pm Supper
  • 9pm Meditation.

Sunday ~

  • 8-9am Breakfast
  • 10:30-12.30pm Yoga
  • 1pm Lunch
  • departures by 3pm

Typical Retreat Menu

FRIDAY Dinner: Kale and Cheddar Sweet Potato Pizza, salad and poached fruit salad

SATURDAY Lunch: seasonal soup, salad and fresh bread

Dinner: Toor Dhal, Potato bhaji’s, egg plant curry, mango cheese cake ice cream

SUNDAY Lunch: bean taco’s spiralled veg salad, sweet potato chips.

    I thoroughly enjoyed my yoga retreat with the lovely hosts- Erling and Elaine. The yoga and meditation was amazing and inspiring in a beautiful and peaceful setting. The food was superb. The accomodation was fabulously comfortable.A very special weekend.
